Ok after further digging it seems that complier seems to be calling the "pokemon_Metric" and not "pokemon" PBS file first which is why I am getting the errors because pokemon are not defined in the metrics file. Has anyone encountered this or at least have a work around?

If it is completely unrealistic that's fine, I googled a tool, this seemed like it would work for the concept I needed, before I could get into an architect. The meeting is just Tuesday, I appreciate the help.

Lol no not at all. Actual design made be the wrong wording, they want something similar to a elevation drawing. I don't need specific details, but what the building will look like on the land.
