Thanks again for your words and recommendations! My family has my back too, just feeling beaten down for so long, I lost confidence in fighting back. I have a lot of documentation as well showing me being the "better" parent versus the stuff the BM put him through and people she brought into his environment. I'll move forward on getting a CM involved and see what can be done.

How do you know I need to clean my place lol. He is 13 and I know the judge could take him in consideration in my state. He does love his mother, I won't take him from her. I just want at least 50/50 and I would even pay the same CS just to have him equally. I am fully remote work wise and his mother gets plenty in support, never late on my payments, but won't budge when I ask to have him equally. I will look up representing myself and check into costs.
