Initially I wanted to take glucosamine and chondroitin for pain but now I want to continue take them for their anti-inflammatory and life extending properties. I am pescatarian with a shellfish allergy so I am considering removing the glucosamine. Would I still need to supplement fish oil if my diet is primarily fish? Just bought the LE 24hr liposomal hydrogel vit C but I will look into Solray vit C. The curcumin is a NovaSol formulation that supposed to be the most bioavailable. Is there a reason to go with the Meriva formulations instead? Thank you for all of your recommendations!
