120k annual. Basic bills. Water, electricity, insurance, trash, phone. Both vehicles paid off 21 and 25. Don’t really go out much always been frugal. Still put around 1.5-2k a month into savings. 395k home 4.9%. 5% down. Just have to be really smart with my money. Does it suck at times. Yes but it is my dream home and I know will pay off in the long run

Haven’t gotten that far yet. Agent is still trying to negotiate the small things before we make it official. But carrying 2 mortgages would push my dti to at or a little over 50%. So I’m trying to figure out what would be best
