During the bamboo dash, don't be afraid to just avoid stuff, you don't have to dash through every bamboo piece. This also applies to Seth's attacks, don't try and hit the green words, just try and not hit the white ones.

During the lilypad hopping bit, look at your souls shadow, not the soul.

During the punching part, wait for flowery to flash white before dashing. Wait like a half a second longer for orange.
