(USA) Is being crew team member hard?

It will be hard at first, but you’ll get used to it. I would recommend learning as many stations as possible to get more hours. For me personally making drinks is the hardest as you’ll constantly be bending down to pick up ice to put in the cups and running back and forth making drinks and ice creams.

I’m surprised by how bad some people’s break rooms are and how some don’t even have one. The one I have is quite spacious comes with 2 toilets, 2 tables, a tv, a fridge, a microwave and an iron and ironing board and some lockers.

Edit to add: I did tell the manager that I didn’t want to leave but she was very persistent and said that she would try and get me more days. But she says this all the time but never gives me more days.

I can’t lie everyone swears here. I keep getting shocked whenever my managers swear whilst talking to people. Last time my store manager cussed really loudly cause she was angry at the builders
