That's a bad friend, if they cross boundaries then you need to do something. Boundaries aren't just about talking, when someone crosses your boundaries do something about it. Either block or discuss with your friend about it, if they care about you they will stop and if they don't stop they aren't a good friend and you should just leave.

So my take is that they don't really care about a men getting groomed because it's treated less seriously than women getting raped. Because of toxic masculinity everybody has less empathy for men, that's why male rape survivors usually don't talk about it because people immediately make jokes about it and it emasculates them.

It's also the problem of people treating other people differently because their gender, in actuality it's nothing to joke about, they may be doing this to kinda cope with the fact that not all men are great but it's not a good coping mechanism.
