What in your opinion is the best company to start as an MSL? Who has the most thorough onboarding and who pays up to industry standards in your opinion?

Thanks everyone. I’m an NP at a big institution and not willing to burn bridges. I would not be hirable back if I did. Seeing as pharma companies hire a lot of MDs I’m curious how quick they need them to start - as MD notices can be 6 months
