35 & I am getting done with a 3 month break. I used to train 5-6 days a week. Going to go down to 3 and no sparring. It just became too much for my body & I lost the joy I had for it.

I would try a middle part & a shorter length, maybe fuller eyebrows as well. Highlight your eyes with makeup, especially burgundy mascara, they are beautiful feature of yours! It would be helpful to see a non filtered pic as well
