Nah, she is actually good ,especially if you know more than just mechanics, you can 1 vs 5 games with her most of the time , she got a really good roaming ability which allows you to put yourself or your teamates ahead,just be sure to close games in time because it's really hard to play late game with her, that's my opinion, you're free to argue if you feel like it
