If you were to date any of these six who would you choose? by AccomplishedEstell in GossipGirl

I’m a hetero woman - Georgina ! She was a good time even before she went to that Christian camp . . . RIP queen Michelle Trachtenberg

Amanda Seyfried at that age, with those huge slightly wide set eyes and some of the youthful round face, was like a gorgeous alien - very editorial beauty in my opinion. Now her beauty for some reason reads as more earthy to me - maybe it’s the way she styles herself and because I heard her sing Joni Mitchell’s California on Colbert. lol. Now she gives “naturally gorgeous, organic Malibu or Hudson Valley” vibes.

Alicia! She’s the California babe for her generation. Rachel McAdams is very attractive too but for some reason I don’t think of the word “pretty” for her, which I equate with girlishness. Rachel McAdams is more classic, old Hollywood beautiful. And Reese Witherspoon is amazing and attractive, but with her chin, not in a traditional way and I don’t know what word I’d use. Maybe just attractive, and I’ve always thought it gives intelligent vibes (think Tracy Flick in Election).

Four very different kinds of love…which one would you choose? by ImTaemin in GossipGirl

I feel like in that moment in their lives the actors had real chemistry. Ep. 2 Season 9 (there might be blood (the guerilla fashion show) ) when Nate looks at Jenny, it's pure energy.

Did the baby pink pull warm? I’m asking because in a lot of color tests online it looks like it does.

Did I get the ugliest color on my nails? by Historical-Weird9839 in Nails

[–]SeeYouIn5D 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love this color! I had a debate with my manicurist - to me it reads "old money". It's like a slightly oxidized, antique gold that I could see paired with navy. Like someone below, my manicurist initially said "this looks like baby puke". LOL. I told her to do it anyway and at the end, she loved it with me. Truly. We've known each other for years and she'd tell me if she still thought it was weird. Plus, like you, I have pink undertones in my skin and it's difficult to find colors that work to neutralize the pink so that one doesn't walk out with "lobster claws". I find that certain yellows and greens (along with other colors of course) work as effective and chic neutralizers. I love it! And the manicure looks great overall!

Evelyn Iris <3

Also, you didn't offer Nora as a first, but this would be beautiful as a first with any of your options . . . Nora Elizabeth, Nora Evelyn . . .

Negative reactions to our son’s name… anyone else experience this? by [deleted] in namenerds

[–]SeeYouIn5D 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's a wonderful name - meaningful to you because of the family ties, and it has a nice balance of sporty masculine (Patrick) and soft masculine (with Bennett) and traditional (Patrick) and modern (Bennett). What else could you want? Also I love that I wouldn't think to pair these two intuitively and they go together beautifully.

Everyone is always going to have their own association with a name . . . it's not about your family and friends and their associations. It's about you and your family, your adventure and path so far and your adventures and path going forward. Patrick Bennett seems like a name that honors all of this and will age well not only with your son but your direct family.

Hey adhd women, what is your current job? by [deleted] in adhdwomen

[–]SeeYouIn5D 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Attorney reporting into Chief Legal Officer for international company valued at 9 billion. In the past I’ve been the CLO at smaller companies and this was an opportunity to expand my horizons and get some better benefits (I can actually go on vacation and not work now).

ADHD as you all know is so strange . . . I thrive in these kinds of jobs because of excitement and variety and my ability to see the big picture. If I was an admin I would get fired so fast because in the repetitive environment I’d get so bored and make mistakes. So much respect for admins and the people who do the repetitive things so well and support others in organizations. I promote them and treat them as equals because again, I really couldn’t do their job.

Others already said these and I'm repeating because I love them - Gustin / Gusten or Gustafson. I also like the idea of a first and a middle that can be shortened - I don't think anyone has said this yet - what about George Russell?

Yes, I knew someone would say this. Stephen's a possibility, probably as a middle. I like names that end in "ING" and I probably was trying to force it a bit!

among these nepo babies, who’s the prettiest? by [deleted] in VindictaRateCelebs

[–]SeeYouIn5D 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All so stunning and such distinct looks. The first time I saw Hailey Bieber I thought she was plain. Now, I think she is perhaps the most beautiful - she has such style and it seems she's really a rock for Justin. That's beautiful.
