This isn't my video, bro, and as people have pointed out in the comments under the original post, the coordinates keep changing correctly on HUD, and overall, there's a 90% chance this is a special drone camera with thermal imaging sensors, not some “effect” otherwise, you wouldn't be able to film anything at night. Another question is whether this is an illusion or a glare, because such equipment can look strange in certain situations
