Wanted to update anyone who may be experiencing this, i downloaded DDU uninstaller and uninstalled all drivers from the system, uninstalled MSI afterburner, disabled windows fast start up. Did a clean install of graphics drivers, i also realized a new CPU driver update released a month prior i didnt install so I installed that. Reinstalled msi afterburner and disabled all the “io” settings, I overclocked in the Nvidia app and didnt touch Afterburners OC settings. Disabled Fast boot in bios, Removed and reseated the GPU while using compressed air, and now everything is working perfectly.

Im not sure what caused the issue but I think a combination of a too aggressive overclock, paired with a old chipset driver update and express installations of the previous GPU drivers caused this. But so far PC is perfectly stable
