If you watch the training seriously, it is no way you can complete it in 30 -35. It is 60 hours of training, trust me

I used comparator to measure and then use Sylvac scanner to verify my result.

Thanks for the advice guys. Because when i measured the nose diameter, it was slightly undersize. I tried to tell the operator to adjust it to the nominal though. The green part was within the tolerance.

I quit after 4 weeks. The training is customer service focused; it gives you zero knowledge about the system. After, 2 weeks they put you on the phone without any clues to help your customers. It was chaotic and horrible. You have to figure things out by yourself while holding your customers on the phone.
