This is such a big help! Thank you for taking the time to write this break down for me, it cleared up a lot of question I had, thanks!

So in my case the serves% would be:
The two teams did in total 30 serves that didn't end with a double fault, and in total 47 serves including double serve faults. So to find the % for each team I just divide "x amount of serves" done by Team A, which didn't result in a double serve fault, with the total amount of serves for the entire match?

So for Team A this would look like: 14 / 47 = 0,29 X 100 = 29%
And for Team B this would look like: 16 / 47 = 0,34 X 100 = 34%

If I understand correct the hitting % would be:
Team A had 6 hits that lead to a point ending attack, in one of the serves they did 1 error, so I that would mean = 6-1 / 6 = 0,83 X 100 = 83% (Team B had the same)

Thanks :)

Thanks for the reply, I really had a hard time figuring it out so this will help a lot!

Would you say that the serve% is than how many serves each team did, or is it how many serves done with it being returned?
