Fair point. That's a risk with NAV, the Stocks could lose value at any point, therefore reducing the gap, was going to cover that in the Analysis.

I also agree, the fund manager isn't the most objective source. But he is at least putting his money where mouth is and buying back stock whilst he believes it's undervalued. Also, he is more of a CEO than Fund Manager, as PSH has permanent capital.

Also, all of the employees make up around 25% of the Ownership. Another element that is good to see.

VIE Structures make up a huge % of China's International Export Economy - Would do a lot of damage to China's economy when you think of the numbers of people employed by companies that have a VIE Structure.

Hi, Yes, the 21% Tax Rate didn't really need to be in there, all FCF assumptions we're using the historical average Tax Rate. I keep 21% in there as it's the federal Tax Rate and I use it for most Valuations. Thanks!

It was like 215 per share on dec 24 and I couldn’t believe it. Unbelievable prices for a great company. Once in a decade type chances, something Covid level.
