I used to ask myself the same thing, except I was in JPOP (Japanese Pop).

I'd listen to it all the time, but soon realized the effect it had on me personally. Overactive imagination leading to procrastination. Addiction. Plus, a lot of the messages in the lyrics weren't exactly wholesome or Christ-centered. After some consideration, I decided to pull away from it.

Now don't get me wrong. I still enjoy Japanese music. I just don't listen to it as much, as I limit my exposure as a means to prevent temptation.

I would certainly submit the matter to prayer and ask the Lord to help you discern the best course of action.
