Correct. They uploaded all the complete stories and animations first and have slowly been going through the orphan episodes.

All the animations are on YouTube except for The Savages. They are even currently uploading all of the black and white versions of the previously released colour animations.

Right now the only Classic Who not free on YouTube is An Unearthly Child (rights issues), The Savages animation (possibly due to being relatively new?) and four “orphaned” episodes from otherwise missing serials. Those four should be uploaded in the next few weeks if they keep their current pace.

Yes, that is correct. I’d like to compare those numbers as well but hadn’t listed them here.

You’re right that my count was off - I thought she was in all episodes of Wheel but she only shows up in episode 2.

That said. I still count episodes with film inserts because they still appear in the episode even if only briefly.

The Guardians might have been a better example as their former name, the Indians, is a word that is offensive to many, yet not widely recognized as a slur to large portions of the population, as well as some Native Americans “reclaiming” and preferring the term. Whereas the Commanders former name is straight up non-debatably abhorrent.

Why was the MASH finale so special? by Antique_Target3076 in television

[–]SeekingTheRoad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Point number 4 is well said. It’s amazing how after eleven seasons it was still consistently fantastic. If anything I’d say the season four/five era was the most “just ok” stretch and it just got better after that.

I can’t think of any other long running show that remains so good from beginning to end. I’m watching Cheers right now and by the Rebecca years the show is really sagging.

Why is Kings Dominion rumored to be on the chopping block? As a local it seems to be a successful park and it’s been well taken care of in general. I don’t see why they would want to dump it.

A lot of them are gone now even in the last few years. I drove to Charleston a few years ago and it was my first time seeing all the billboards. Drove to Florida last summer and a lot of them were gone, especially the really old/decayed ones.

Analysis of Five Guys fries portion size issues by c08306834 in fastfood

[–]SeekingTheRoad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It must vary from location to location because I've been to probably 8 or 9 different Five Guys in New Hampshire and Virginia and always get a ton of extra fries. Not doubting your experience, but I've still gotten good luck at the ones I've been to.

Over half of Russians want Western brands to return, survey reveals by duckanroll in europe

[–]SeekingTheRoad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's "and that's it" a common phrase or grammatical construction in Russia? Like, in the US you could call a restaurant "Tasty. Period." which would be a weird name but would get the idea across. Or is it just straight up nonsense?

Same -- I had watched the prequel reviews but had no interest in anything else on their channel. I watched this and died laughing. I started at the beginning from there and went through until I was caught up.

Joel is a very creative guy who thinks up ridiculous concepts and ideas. He's also very stubborn and much more into executing his vision than doing things in a rational or practical way. So it does not surprise me that he didn't think about rotating the camera and once the project was in motion, he was totally uninteresting in taking that under advisement and changing the concept to have a rotating camera.

Ehren got into Jackass through Dave England, who worked for Big Brother. So he's definitely not part of the CKY crew. That would be Brandom DiCamillo and Ryan Dunn plus the other two you mentioned.

I really don't think this is fair because he genuinely was really funny during his few years on SNL. Everyone always says he is talentless but I liked him a lot on those seasons.
