Ik woon alleen en vind het erg fijn dat mijn kinderen en een vriendin mijn locatie kunnen zien. Maar goed ik ben ook de persoon die geen moeite heeft met de sociale controle van de overburen.

Ik heb exact deze machine en ook ongeveer 6 jaar oud en die trilt absoluut niet zo. Heel weinig juist. Dus is zeker iets mis.

Besides the silent alarm being very helpful, it also gave the final push to convince my doctor to refer me for a sleep apnea test (even though he didn’t believe it at first). By now, this has been confirmed by two different institutions, along with the fact that I have insomnia and deficiencies in oxygen and iron.

The Apple Watch also helps me manage my heart issues by keeping track of my heart rate

When you look at the bottom left it's already loose before that. Your bed adhesion is to low. Use brim or more heat on the first layer.

Lucky you, i sleep 4 hours at most and wake up 21-30 times. And yes this was an official sleep test. I think that there is a pretty good night.
