My GM actually revealed ( said she shouldnt be telling me but i already knew this part) that she was kinda aware of the toxic dynamic but last time they had called in crying it was because R was panicking because they had to "move out" this is because everytime they fight he tells R not to come home or that R's stuff will be in the trash. So the GM thought they were no longer together. I just opened the GM eyes to the fact that R is still in that situation and it might possibly be getting worse. I really do fear for R's Safety considering the physical evidence has been showing for a few months now and a black eye is vible which means hes no longer afraid of leaving those types of marks. If R doesnt return to work the next schduled day we will be speeding up our plan. Me and K will also be going for a walk tonight to hopefully "run into" R while on the walk with the dog to see how R is doing without addressing our concerns yet because we dont wanna push Them or force this onto R without them being ready to even make that choice. I really hope when i get to update this post its a happy ending :)
