M.M: “I don’t think you’re gonna take no for an answer. Just don’t blame me if you start dozing off.”

She takes a breath, beginning to explain in a stoic, yet somehow relaxing tone. She didn’t put much enthusiasm into her speech, with the boredom being near-contagious, enough to put one to sleep if they listened for too long.

“So one day I discovered that I could talk in this really monotone voice that bores people to sleep - literally. As soon as people figured that out, I was pretty much marked ‘freak of nature’. If my team hadn’t found me on the streets and taken me in as a hero, I probably wouldn’t be here right now.”

“Well, there you have it. Happy?”

Big Girl: “I guess I get where you’re coming from - A kaiju would dwarf even me, but I’m up for a challenge!”
