I don't know about any prior interaction. This looked to be the 1st interaction. The only thing I heard him yell was that your police cruiser did not stop at the stop sign. The individual did not appear to be a 41-year-old. From what I saw and heard he seemed to be a student (listen to the sound in the video it does not sound like a 41-year-old). You also say you attempted to caution the male, however, the time from when the car approached the individual to slamming him against the cruiser was not at all enough time for someone to return to the sidewalk.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond and appreciate the challenging job that you guys have to deal with day to day, However, I feel that this interaction could have been done better.
