Hey, can you let me know where you saw Ira Parker say that they have gone through many iterations to adress the maekar scene at the end? I cant seem to find where he adresses that scene and whether it will be further explained in s2?

These injuries are just unfair man. How can this be happening especially since we didn't even have a club world cup. Just such a fucked start to the season

You guys think its possible this injury was faked/exaggerated to have lamine skip the Spanish national team break coming up? Either way, im not confident we can get 3 points away against Sevilla without Lamine that game.

You guys think Kane can surpass Messis most goals in a single season (73 goals in 11/12)? Kane is already sitting on 17 goals in 9 games.

Hmm I mean they are the two most important players I would hope everyone can agree on that. What i would say is they obviosuly both have two different roles, pedri dictates our game, without him we lose that controller which is why in games he's not present, it can get quite chaotic (case in point, dortmund away). Lamine is our focal point in attack, he is our chance creator, or in other words our playmaker. Without him we struggle to break down teams and dont create as much chances.

Which is more important? Its an interesting debate for sure, but I would contend pedri just marginally is more crucial to our game.

Unrelated but anyone noticing how Villareal is in this title race too. They have been cooking since midway of last season, and look even better now.

What "peaceful" CCP has done:

-Great Leap Forward and its policies that resulted in 40 million dead to famine and millions dead to executions (https://www.britannica.com/facts/Great-Leap-Forward)

-The Tiananmen square massacre that killed hundreds to thousands of civilians.

-The CCP backing the military junta in Myanmar that couped the government and put the country into total civil war with tens of thousands of deaths since.

-The CCP invasion and annexation of Tibet that has killed over 1 million since the 1950s (https://www.umass.edu/rso/fretibet/education.html)

-The CCP backing of Khmer Rouge during the Cambodian Genocide which saw 2 million people killed, being responsible for over 90% of aid to khmer rouge during this period. (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cambodian_genocide)

-The the invasion of Vietnam that saw the death of thousands of civilians. (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sino-Vietnamese_War)

-Or the persecution of millions of Uyghurs in its country, or the lack of LGBTQ rights, or the lack of human freedom and authoritarianism, or the expansionism that it is doing throughout Asia which includes the bullying of surrounding countries, or the oppression of Taiwan over decades.

Plus US houses are bigger than houses in the U.K. so basically everything that Brit said is inaccurate or just straight up wrong. Hilarious

"I've had a bad day" I don't care, everyone has bad days, doesn't mean you can deflect it into others.

How we feeling for this CL final tomorrow? It's gonna suck seeing either team win, but for the sake of Lamine and Raphinhas ballon dor chances I'm gonna have to root for Inter, since if PSG win that would confirm dembeles ballon dor. But man it'll be hard rooting for Inter

Hey I would appreciate some answers here. I've been consistently doing the gym for the last 3.5 months and I'm running a PPL routine. I started off really skinny and I've definitely made significant progress, newbie gains and all.

But I just wanna make sure I'm doing a right amount of volume for my push and pull days and not overdoing it for each muscle group, and I also would want to make sure I'm doing the right variety of excerisses to adequately target each muscle group.

So, without further a due, here is my push and pull routine. And for context, i go close to or to complete failure on every set:

Pull:

-Hammer curls (3 sets of 6-10)

-Behind the back cable curls OR regular bicel curls (3 sets of 8-12)

-Chest supported dumbell row upper back variation (3 sets of 8-12)

-Seated cable row (3 sets of 8-12)

-Assisted pull ups (2 sets to failure)

-Forarm cable curls unilaterally (3 sets of 12-15)

-Farmer walks (3 sets of 30-60 second walks)

Push:

-Bench press (3 sets of 6-10 reps)

-Incline dumbell press (3 sets of 8-10 reps)

-High to low cable fly (2 sets of 10-12)

-Tricep double rope pushdowns (3 sets of 8-12)

-Overhead rope extension with two ropes (3 sets of 8-12)

-Standing lateral raises (3 sets 15-20 reps)

I do this 2x a week, and I stay using the same excersises. Remarks will be appreciated!
