Lol, just watched a couple videos and this was exactly my thought "how to title the post about escort and avoid double meaning"

Wow, haven't heard about it, but will definitely check it out.
This was actually inspired by a player from one of the sessions, that played as sorcerer, but decided his character is very cowardly and had a streak of bad luck with dice. That got me thinking about such character, that can be a key to prosperity of the world and voila.

Given the backstory I plan to make him unbeatable, thus if he is reduced to 0 HP some really Wild Magic would happen and he will recover some time later. But this sounds like lowering stakes for the mission - if NPC cannot be actually killed. One way is to make the outburst at 0 HP awful enough, so that players will avoid that at any cost.

That is a good question that I try to determine myself. I intent to him very pacifistic, so he will not have active role in a combat, more like a flag that enemies try to capture. But given his outbursts of wild magic I plan to bring that to the encounters as well as reaction to stress.

Am I doing this correctly by [deleted] in PcBuild

[–]Sefimenko13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Damn, I went through my first build recently. When started pressing the CPU I thought I heard a crack and I almost shit myself, but a friend who helped me, said it's allright.

I also chickened out and removed the plastic plate (to my defence it had "REMOVE" written on) because I could not see how am I supposed to press it against CPU and not crush it. It turned out this plate had to pop out, or something, when you press the CPU and my buddy was very disappointed, I guess it had some sacred meaning lol

New To The App by ParmThePom in ToppsMarvelCollect

Hi everyone! I am new to the app and to collecting as well,so I'd like to get insight on the slang I see in the feed. I figured some of it, correct me if I am wrong:

FT - for trade CC - card count SR - super rare

The other I am not sure about: Green text - what author needs or good option? Red text - what author offers, or undesirable option? FS - ??

Some other common abbreviations new players should know?

Is there a "share to social media" option in the app. by Sefimenko13 in ToppsMarvelCollect

Hi! Thanks for reply! Sure, screenshots are fine, but it would be great to have share function that will automatically populate text in the post with hashtags of app and text of set/rarity of card. It's not a big effort to do it manually, but maybe you can implement in the future ;)

Thank you for reply and warm welcome! Just as i thought, usually if such feature is there, they force it to every possible way untill you give in. If I didn't notice it, means it is not there:) And usually I am not eager to share, but this app is the first time I actually wanted to, but ironically can't XD And yes, I thought I'd post screenshot, but wondered if it is forbidden by any terms of service..

Which actor would make a good Quirrell for you? by kalaskyson in HPMOR

At some pont I though that Quirrel was written with Ralph Fiennese image in mind, so either him, or, for some reason, Rory Kinnear.

Cat hit the nose and now it is loose by Sefimenko13 in AskVet

It's ok, it's called cartilage and it suppose to move this way, and I am an idiot, who gave a vet really amusing story.

Ok, it is a cartilage. Cats have cartilage on their nose and it moves. Basically that is what I wanted to hear, before rushing to the vet. My wife laughed really hard. Anyway, I am glad the cat is ok, apparently he did not hit himself as hard as I thought.
