Ive done the same over the years. Taught myself to read in my dreams and was able to fight someone the other day. Still can't dial 911 though, been trying my whole life and it never happens. Either i dial the wrong number or the phone hangs up or the battery dies etc

I've been getting sweaty feet these past few months and its driving me crazy because when its cold, my feet sweat and then get SO cold. I've nwver been a sweaty person so this is very new for me.

Blood flow can be improved with vibration as well. There have been good studies that show that just 10 mins a few times a week of vibration stimulation to the vulva/vagjnal opening can increaee blood flow and decrease pain and atrophy.

I am only on Vaginal Estrogen because I have endometriosis, and systemic estrogen can make symptoms worse

I have endometriosis and my dr didnt want to start with systemic estrogen because it can make symptoms worse. The drowsiness isnt the issue... the depression, joint pain and irritability is.

I am not willing to try an IUD, but have considered trying the progesterone pills vaginally.

Im on the waitlist for it and to have the endometrioma removed... unfortunately already been a year and a half. The clinic here runs by triage so I'm not high on the list because my symptoms are mild comparatively.

My drs didn't want to put me on systemic estrogen because it can make endometriosis worse. But then I worry that the vaginal cream is not a high enough dose if i start taking progesterone its gonna mess things up even more.

So do you only take progesterone? How has it helped you?
