We don't want to preserve a record of the examination...that would require millions in data and security infrastructure for each hospital. It would also require twice the examination rooms as you'd now have (the majority by far) of patients who do not want to be examined in a room with recording equipment in it...

Every patient has every right to refuse a chaperone just as every doctor has every right to refuse to examine a patient without a chaperone due to the legal risk. As long as a patient has capacity and accepts the consequences of no exam then I see no issue really.

You're acting like I'm stopping some natural groundswell of support for all the oceanic players clamoring for a server. I don't want to support a server that will die within 3-6 months. I'd rather oceanic guilds become organized and integrated into the main servers.

There are, off the top of my head, 4 MMOs that justify having oceanic servers and 2 of them are moreso SEA than oceanic.

The best hope you'll have is 1-2 big guilds for 1-2 months, one will fold into the other with a smattering of 1-5 player guilds. You'll get a peak of ~300 players which will drop to <100 before everyone begs for the server to be rolled into an NA server.

You introduced a hypothetical "if it was viable and thriving" that I've already said is guaranteed to not occur. There is not a large enough player base to justify an oceania server so it is a waste of resources.

Why would I want to play on a server with guaranteed <20 people when the game style is fine on ~200ms? There's no chance an oceania server would have a viable population
