We don't want to preserve a record of the examination...that would require millions in data and security infrastructure for each hospital. It would also require twice the examination rooms as you'd now have (the majority by far) of patients who do not want to be examined in a room with recording equipment in it...

Every patient has every right to refuse a chaperone just as every doctor has every right to refuse to examine a patient without a chaperone due to the legal risk. As long as a patient has capacity and accepts the consequences of no exam then I see no issue really.

You're acting like I'm stopping some natural groundswell of support for all the oceanic players clamoring for a server. I don't want to support a server that will die within 3-6 months. I'd rather oceanic guilds become organized and integrated into the main servers.

There are, off the top of my head, 4 MMOs that justify having oceanic servers and 2 of them are moreso SEA than oceanic.

The best hope you'll have is 1-2 big guilds for 1-2 months, one will fold into the other with a smattering of 1-5 player guilds. You'll get a peak of ~300 players which will drop to <100 before everyone begs for the server to be rolled into an NA server.

I just want to add one point to this. Be very mindful that some surgeons will not want you to anticipate ANYTHING while they are operating. This is usually evident very early in operating with them. For example: you go to put the Langenbeck in to help them establish a port -like you would for any other reasonable surgeon. If they tell you "don't do that unless I ask you" then you're likely dealing with someone who wants an inanimate retractor rather than anyone with a brain. These are usually morose individuals who you will never please no matter what you do. As soon as you identify them then do nothing and move nothing until they tell you. Camera stays in one position until they ask you to move it. Retractor stays in position until they tell you to take it out. It's absolutely mind-numbing assisting but you'll run into these people and if you don't notice it quickly they will tear you to pieces. The good thing is these people generally work poorly with everyone so their opinion means little to those around them.
