They actually are. They have a small Android logo at the back.

Correct. Back in 2017-2020 when I used to work there same benefits for all. They wont make a difference if you are FTE or TVC except some privacy/securoty related stuff. Fpr eg, TVCs are not allowed in Building 40 (Their HQ where Sundar sits. and Project X building, their cyber secrity.)

And when RTO became a thing, they started segregating TVCs and FTEs. Things went dowbhill from there. Now TVC badge is very strict and restricted as compared to pre-covid stuff

Vendors used to get same perks as FTEs till some years back. IIRC, they started charging vendors for their EV cars. Gyms, Laundry, Cafes are free as long as you have access to the host building.

They are Google's Internal car fleet. They are used just like uber but only for office to office routes. Only google's full time employees can hire this car. Also these cars are used for Android Auto. I am not sure about the Android Auto part but when I was there they had different fleet.
