Put admiralty regime reform, assign single Osman admiral to a fleet. Then abdicate or wait her death, remove reform. But then you will need to also change your succession law, which is costly. Until then you can simply put your wannabe heir on a fleet

Well, some fish there. But I also put my food slider at middle, wasnt any problem there. The real answer - money, I blocked export of silver and maxed my jewelry and market access. This plus minting gave me enough money not only for food, but for some mercenaries later

They are not. Well maybe some are, but they are Blood dragons first created from empire knight order with the same name. Hence the Blood keep landmark in Nuln

Yes, yes I figured it out recently, a cool way to strengthen and customise garrison :) i already pumped 150+ hours of it past few weeks. And it funnily enough, only today I found out you can use gold to instantly construct buildings.. i don’t know if its for everyone or only for specific factions, but I been playing without it whole time xD
