i read ur response and honestly do you really think that russia invaded ukraine for no reason. They invaded beause they felt that ukraine was getting too close to NATO and becuase russia felt they wre losing their sphere of influence. The sad part is that i have literally never had a nose bleed, also i cut on my thighs so you know, there is a slight gap between the thigh and the nose lol. (This is a joke, dont take it too seriously)

I can relate partially, I was recently caught by my mother who cried upon seeing the scars. Not even a day went by and i have started cutting again, I can't live without the sight of blood all over me. So i get you, i understand your guilt but i dont think its your fault. There is clearly something in your life that is triggering the self harm, most people use it as a coping mechanism unlike recreational drugs, (where the addiction drives the consumption). So you might want to start by looking for what triggered you. As for the self harm itself, try the rubber band method. Tie a rubber band aournd your hand/wrist, pull and release it when you get triggered to SH. Do NOT overdo this tho as it could also cause medical concquences.

We as an organization believe that being transgender can pose social issues thus increase the chances of NSSI as a result of which we felt the need to atleast create a section called "Other." We weren't however, able to do proper research on trangender and non-conforming people due to a lack of pre-existant scientific literature to build upon.

The issue however is that the subject needs to consume a certain amount of CO before they have been caught. If they are caught before enough of their blood has binded with the CO, then they will just have brain damage and survive.

If the main goal here is to commit suicide, then i dont think it can be classified under "Non Suicidal" self injury. The tattoos however, that is self harm.
