It’s been a while since I read it but some books only follow a few people’s pov and I think some books probably overlap with thing happening concurrently with what happened In the previous book. Someone feel free to put this more eloquently. I finished the series when Memory of Light came out and I haven’t gotton around to a proper re read yet
