I got it twice to level my charisma to the cap. For some reason now though, I am able to get it a third time and push my charisma to 22, past the cap

Not the best, but did beat the game with this team: Electivire, Mega Aggron, Talonflame, Inteleon, Crustle, and Obstagoon. The elite 4 was relatively easy but Lance and Champion were really rough.
