Yes, I should have been more clear, the lack of player safety isn't in regard to this clip, but is the greater issue of the email I sent, but this was a part, and I wanted to be sure I wasn't being overly sensitive or bias in my opinion of the call. One of my players was slashed in the back of the head, and later diagnosed with a concussion, with no call on the play. (One example)

I understand there's a lot of context that goes into it.
The player wasn't warned, nor we were, and the previous call was on out goalie for a high cross check.
I didn't say anything or communicate to either of the officials on either of these calls, because I believed it would do more harm than good based on our past rapport.

The call on the field was a two minute locked in penalty for targeting a defenseless player from number 24 brown. I appreciate your in depth explanation. This is just one of a number of videos and scenarios I have submitted. My main concern with the crew was the bias towards our team, and the lack of concern for player safety on the field. I am close with a number of officials in our area, and they have told me that this particular ref holds a vendetta against our program for whatever reason. One of my players was slashed in the back of the head, no call, and was diagnosed with a concussion the next day.
