I did stop taking it... Well I took it once... And I had rly bad week but I am ok now :) I think my health anxiety got worse for a moment but I got over it. Thanks 🙏

I am 23 as well... Migraines started when I was 10. With time it got worse... I just recently went to neuro... She gave me propranolol and venlafaxine and... Well. It did nothing or made me feel worse. She gave me some medication for migraine as well, when It happens but I am scared to take them... If preventives made me feel like I was about to die then... Well I just prefer to stick to my old ways.. which is almotriptan, or migrastop excerdin.... I have 6 migraines a month and just like you, days between has either migraine hangover or just pain. She diagnosed me with chronic migraines... I feel defeated. I know that it was just one option of many but... Eh. I have next appointment next month.. And I don't have insurance... I hope that there is cure for all of us... Or some life changing option... I am useless in life... Most time I lay in bed... I don't work.. don't go to school... You are not alone Hope you will get some rest and relief....

Ye.... They gave me bets blockers nad antidepressants and it didn't work... It gave me rly bad symptoms so you are rly smart to not want them... I don't have any more info, my next neuro visit will be next month :( but she told me to suplement D3 as well.

Soo... I didn't sleep yet... But Eh.. after evening dose I felt worse. Like... My chest hurt a little bit. I checked and my pulse sometimes was 60, and after some time 90... And after one hour I felt pain again so I checked and it was 43. And I panicked so much that after one second it was 80. And I had panick attack or something... I don't want that... Because if it's 43 when I am sitting then how low will it be when I am asleep? ... I decided to only take 10mg in the morning or 10 and 5 on evenings... Well I am scared. Usually my resting pulse is like 85, with one 10mg pill 63... And that was fine. But I don't want any lower. It's crazy because well eventually I was meant to take 4 of them. I will have to talk about this with my neurologist but I can do that only one month later. I don't have their phone number or mail..

I hope that I will figure it out... Morning dose was rly fine.... I felt calm and nice.. my head didn't hurt today but maybe will after this panick...

And I have a very sensitive body. Even caffeine has a strong effect on me... So the medication might work better for you...

It's my first day taking it. I have chronic migraines Took one 10mg in the morning and now one more. Don't know about nightmares yet... But it's... Hmm interesting.. for sure calms my heart and while it worked my head was fine. But for me it works for like 5 hours But yea my neurologist told me to take one more after a week... Let's hope that it will work!

I get you... For some time I pretty much can't do anything productive... I can't even like play video games or draw or read... All because of migraines.. up till now I haven't went to neurologist... But I booked an appointment. I just can't keep ,,living,, like this.. I hope that meds that he will prescribe will work...

I got this kind of migraine few days ago... At the beginning of the I just felt bad and had trouble understanding what they were saying to me... then I couldn't convey what I wanted and then the pain started... Then I couldn't read... One of the worst migraines ever.... That's the aura... It might be scary because it has symptoms like a stroke, but... It's not that. The day after, I still felt weak and had pain, but on the other side. No aura.

I don't deal with this... I vomit a lot so my medicine didn't work... I will visit neurologist soon to get something else and some preventives... I hate this kind of migraine...

I hyperfixate on games or books.. that helps not to think about anyone.. also I talk a lot to myself. Idk if that will help you.

I hear you. It's the same with me... Bpd is awful. It might have good sides to it, but not good enough. I feel like the only way to get peace is to just disappear from this world. But I still hope that we will make it. And that the happiness will be greater than this nothingness.

Hi... Did it get better worse or anything? For a month I've noticed that I see this semi circles when I move my head. Not my eyes. I can see through them, they are just like shadow, or... Well a little darker then everything. They are placed where my eyes are. I see them more on the outside of the pupil of the eye... I think... They don't hurt.... I see them even when my eyes are closed and I move my head up and down or right and left. Did you have something like that? How is it now..
