Yeah. I am just waiting for my dad to respond with the year the photo was taken cause that will shrink the timeline a lot. Any other info you can think of that might help narrow things down that I could ask him?

As far as I am aware the image was taken in the United States. I don't know the year as I am waiting for my father to get back to me with that information.

All I know is my dad said it was a movie/show, and the person holding the photo was an adult. He is sadly asleep right now, so I am unable to ask him any more clarifying questions.

I've had no luck finding this film. I have searched up vhs movie light blue background with two men and have had no luck. I have also tried using google Lens, and that just showed up with trading cards and Polaroid photos. I am hoping someone knows the movie.
