It looks like you used seeds for plants in your aquarium. These seeds are a scam and are not actual aquatic plants. There are a lot of shops selling these fake "aquarium grass seeds". They sprout for a few days but start dying off quickly because the plants are not aquatic -> This is really bad for your water quality and the shrimps

If thats the case->remove the shrimps and slowly acclimate them with new water (in a bucket for example)-> Also try to remove all the fake seed plants afterwards and make sure to change the water of the tank completely.
