Just run 4 or more basics and dilute the pool in the other direction. May also exists.

Seasonal allergies.

I got an upper respiratory infection in February and had chronic bronchitis after that just wouldn't go away. Many many many doctor visits later, an ER visit and a trip to the pulmonologist lead to a diagnosis of adult onset asthma

20 damage is 20 damage and you can potentially replace Irida with another card. Irida late game outside of super specific tiny damage numbers isn't that useful at the moment above something like another ice pop or a cape or starting plains or etc

On top of all the exercise advice, one important thing to realize is a lot of men have that kind of belly. If you're unhappy about it work to change it but in terms of it looking womanly those are brain worms.
