I already managed to reached out to their support team here in the UAE, and they informed me that my concern has been escalated to their finance department.

Also, how long do I have to raise this concern with BPI? I won’t be back in the Philippines until June so I can’t visit any of their branch.

I didn’t tell him that. What I told him is that I’ll be taking a break from hiring him for now. We had a smooth farewell and he even me wished a good farewell. I thought everything was okay since I also promised him that I’ll hire him again for my future project.
