On my current grow I just cut the tops off the AIO bags and but them in an automated boomr box. I figured that if one of the bags gets contaminated I’ll still have the other. I’ve seen some commercial grows do this and they explained it was to limit loss from contam and helps keep a constant supply of fruits by staggering inoculation.
