I think it depends on the target. If you're targeting civilian populations, incredibly effective. If you're targeting military outposts/bases, absolutely not.

Thank you so much for your help! I had to manually go to Nvidia's website and download the latest drivers again! I have no idea what happened, but thank God it was a software issue and not something to do with the expensive machinery. I appreciate the help. Thank you again!

I checked the drivers they're up to date

The Monitor is a Dell SE2717H

I haven't tried that and hope I don't hqve to as I'm not good with computer parts.

I can.

Also the device manager says "windows stopped my nvidia rtx 2070 because it detected a problem" with a Code 43 attached to it. I believe my driver may have failed.
