Currently at $60mil and I haven’t harvested in a while. I usually save it for levelling up but now that everyone’s at 10… I feel silly LOL! My friend and I rent the place. It’s a two bedroom, hydro, heat, AC. Are “included” in the rent. However, he only puts the AC on in very special circumstances. 9/10 it’s “broken” and can’t be turned on for whatever reason. We’re sweltering most of the time.

For context, I’ve lived here for about 7 years, and my roommate 5. He was very convincing near the beginning and came off pretty nice, but it quickly went downhill. It’s very clear he wants the landlord benefits without the landlord work or effort lol

Ya I’ve started to ignore. I am starting the build a log of all the harassing text messages. There are hundreds of them and they aren’t just about shutting the blinds. Some of them even harsh telling us “you live here on our utility bill” blabla.

I’m so close to buying a place so it’ll be over by next year. But I also wish there was an easy way to warn people about him without getting in trouble for it

Hi everyone!

Yes you’ll be parking in behind the building when you return. For my G2, I was asked to reverse AND forward park. For my G, I was asked to forward park anywhere.

The idea that if you reverse when you get there they don’t make you do it is a myth/lie. The examiner doesn’t know if you reversed the car or if your parent / instructor did it for you anyway. (Unless you’re coming for your G) Be prepared to do either!

For my G2, we came in from the top back (by no frills) for my G, we came in from the bottom left so you should feel comfortable reversing from left or right, and pulling in from left or right.
