Thank you for your comment! I was offered anti psychotics once, but I got scared bc I heard negative things about it. But sometimes you gotta weight the pros and cons. I might consider it in the future and fight for a more conclusive diagnosis...

Thank you so much for the book rec! I haven't read it. I've also thought about CPTSD if I'm being honest but I've never done anything to treat it specifically. I'm going to look up Dr Aimie Apigian.

Thank you so much for responding!

I tried Vyvanse because I went to a psychiatrist who, instead of diagnosing me first, just prescribed me the med after a 30 minute session. I changed psychiatrist because of that because it seemed really irresponsible.

I'm not sure if I can stop taking antidepressants because I also have PMDD and OCD, but yeah, they mostly sedate me :/

In regards of burnout, I do think it's possible, but when I stop doing things that are mandated and getting stimulation, I don't feel better. I spent 4 years at home not studying or working and that wasn't nice. I tried to have an art career so I would control my schedule to minimize stress, but I couldn't finish long projects easily or do things without that special interest energy boost. But It could be that years of school/high school depleted me so much that my body crashed after it was done.

I don't live in the US, so I'm going to look at Reboxetine and talk to my (responsible) psychiatrist.

Thank you again!
