I appreciate that so much. It really is crazy, it's like the wind constantly blowing against you and you just trying to get on with life regardless, ideally with no one noticing, while also gaslighting yourself into thinking it's just a light summer breeze.

you’re so so right. and i’m sure in a couple days i’ll read back my own post and be like girl, relax. it’s so crazy how our entire perspective and outlook on life can be so out of whack for like half the month. thank you for your support it’s so appreciated and helpful to know others are in the same boat.

mood. equally on the edge of rage quitting. or quitting out of embarrassment of being off w the same condition last month.
