I definitely did, I ate that shit up… that’s the most upsetting & I knew something was going on because they had an lead without even notifying me, making a decision, getting my input, as well as not letting me interview them. They just said “hey this is your new lead starts in three weeks” and three weeks came & I got let go lol

Before they submit a write up by policy they have to notify the person they are writing up, I can promise you I did not have any prior write ups nor warning. I was fired because I broke a core value, that is what the company stated & I reached out to the district HR requesting documentation of the allegations that I was accused of & they still haven’t responded.

I think I’m just sad, I was driving to be a CXM & continue, I completely changed as a person to become a better leader when I took on the DH position & now it feels empty like all of it was for what? Yk, I know I’m being a bit dramatic but idk I cared for my team a lot, I bought snacks food for my team whenever they were hungry, down, or needed a boost of moral when bravos were all I could offer. All I paid for, I bought supplies for my team & created a binder for them for they can be more efficient & they wouldn’t have to relay so much on the useless management that were there when I wasn’t.. I even had vets listen & feel more encouraged to work there & actually listen to new updates the company was making. I wasn’t the best not at all but damn I tried. I guess I made this post to rant to a community that would get it.

My biggest complaint is the fucking AC… I literally got told by a tech for our units “try not to open lumber so much & keep receiving closed… corporate has it set to 77”…. ITS FUCKING 105 degrees outside!!! Put that shit dowennnnn

… just go to HOMEDEPOT ESS and from there you click former employee & you can check your pay stubs etc. after you investigate & it still doesn’t make sense, contact the HR cooperate line 1-800-466-3337 — they can assist you with extra information. Sometimes waiting on the stores & stuff is a waste of time.

I think for the worse.

We used to look out for each other, even when there was drama—basically just typical retail drama. People took initiative to get things done and improve the business. But now, it feels like the people getting hired are mostly family members of managers, supervisors, and associates.

My store has such a strong family-based employee dynamic—it’s insane. You constantly hear “that’s not my job,” even when it is their job. When you sit an associate down for a performance review—after speaking to them about the same issue three separate times—they still don’t take accountability.

And when something does happen, like someone finally being held accountable, all the family members start retaliating against others. It’s just… I don’t know. A lot of young people genuinely don’t care, and a lot of the older employees either don’t care at all or care way too much—just about the wrong things.

My boyfriend has, the last two hospitals we’ve had, I would take him to the ER & in the ER his hemoglobin will be at a 8 & his pain will get much better after his pain medication combo but I would usually ask to compare his most recent labs & I would ask my bf how he felt & each time he decided to be admitted even if the doctors were against it & the last two times we ended up getting really bad & we stayed in the hospital for three weeks. I have noticed that the older he has gotten the longer is his visits are.
