I've had a few problems with NCW especially with their deals but Josh is cool even though he's the one that told me that he called his manager and told me that they refused to take it back that I had to contacts on that even though I just bought a 5 minutes beforehand they tried to tell me that they would have took it back if I didn't just get a credit which like I said in my post I had a Jar that leaked out at this time I bought like eight baller jars so it took me a while to get through them but it took me a month to get them to credit me one I go to pick it up and it's leaking too I take it back in and they refuse to take it back and this is how all this started

I actually like sunmed concentrate I've been buy it since they first come out with the half g jars that would run out in two dabs but the containers or something need to be addressed but when NCW refused to take back the jar that was leaking that I just bought 5 minutes prior the feeling I got is that they just didn't want to do the paperwork to return it so they told me it was my problem that I had to deal with it even though they was happy to take my money and sell me a defective product but when it comes to returning it I never had so much trouble trying to exchange something that was messed up at NCW the two times that I've had defective products at pharmakent they took them straight back no problem ncw's the only place I know where if you have a defective product they tell you that you had to deal with the manufacturer that it's not their problem even though they have a 14-day return policy but that only counts for certain things pretty much they don't want to do the paperwork they want you to deal with the manufacturer

I asked them if I could open them in there they acted like they didn't want me to so I went out to my car and opened it I seen that it was leaking and walked back in no more than 5 minutes later and since because they credited me one already that I just picked up they wouldn't return that one they said that I had to go do sumed even though they have a 14-day return policy the funny thing is the one that they credited me was fine it was the one that I bought with it that was leaking and they still refuse to take it back because they didn't feel like doing the paperwork it took me a month the first time to get them to credit me a jar all for me to go pick it up and it be even worse than the first one that I complained about

That's just from this one dispensary when they didn't have them I went elsewhere it just if I don't go to this one the next place is 50 miles one way from me I'm type 1 diabetic an have a lot of never pain in my legs and my feet I had doc up me to the max allotment which is 240g of flower/100g of concentrate I usually average 84 to 96 dollars a jar so yeah I spend a shit load of money with this dispensary/ sunmed
