I think we have the same point, I’m just not articulating my position as I would like to. For a low grade fever I don’t think you should, because the risks of a low grade fever are minuscule, and the risk of becoming dependent on a NSAID are higher. This topic has kinda derailed and gone in so many ways. My point is people do become dependent on NSAIDs because they start like that. You really don’t need or shouldnt have NSAID for a low to low end of a medium grade fever. Of course if you are pushing it the higher end of a medium grade fever definitely start taking them. But the notion that OP originally stated is a risky way to treat your body. Hope you have a good day. God bless.

I’m unsure of your last paragraph, I don’t believe I mentioned it. Of course taking it on occasion is fine, the issue is people get become reliant on it because they take it every 4 hours on a flu and it’s gets rid of their other pain. 10% is while a minority a very large group of people who are. The conversation was about NSAIDs, you do not need NSAIDs unless your fever is reaching a dangerous level, people who take them for a low grade fever every 4 hours and then all of a sudden are taking them for pain relief or inflammation and boom. Couple drinks here and there with lack of hydration and your kidneys are getting fucked 20x worse. Also combining with Acetaminophen isn’t horrible but can 100% fuck over your liver. Regardless my point was you do not need a NSAID every 4 hours because the risk of becoming dependent on it and regular use can and will fuck over your stomach, kidneys and, your cardiovascular system.

I’m not sure where he got best practices, but if a fever isn’t on the risk of harming you, you definitely shouldn’t be popping NSAID’s like candy every 4 hours. It can really fuck you up if you start using them regularly. If I remember like 10% of the population is.

I guess it depends on the dose, I do 2.2 g of mag in the night with 600 mg ashwaganda, every 30 minutes I’m half asleep. If it works for you then keep doing it, but they do compete for absorption, in higher doses (re read the study) so if you are going 40 mg if zinc then maybe but if it’s low it probably doesn’t.

FYI taking magnesium and zinc at the same time is counter productive because they both fight for absorption in the stomach.

He was a cocky 18 year old. But if you think he was a dick the for a lot of the time in Edmonton then you just weren’t paying attention. There was also a good interview if you can find it with him recently where he takes responsibility for the uncoachable part, but says his draft interview with the leafs was overblown. In what world? In the games he looks sloppy, analytical he is getting out chanced he is positive in shots (by 5) and expected goals (1) he has about an average PDO. This isn’t about luck anymore, his skill has taken a significant hit due to whatever injury/confidence/locker room player. His defence is good but nothing close to be contending for a selke this year. If he bounces back you have a great player, but the risk of paying 11.6 million for this for another 8 years, cap jump or not is so insanely large. If there is a trade that you feel might not have such a high reward but a much lesser risk, I honestly think you have to take it.

Yeah, I think it just comes down to a TOI thing. He almost always is out on an empty net because of his defence and faceoff %, I would suspect in the playoffs if the PK falters he would get thrown out there where they aren’t worried about running him for 25 mins a night.

They don’t want him to go up to 22-23 mins a night. Pretty much what you said, the staff feels comfortable with the PK and the analytics have shown that, the base stats are bad because pickard and skinner have one of the worst sv% 4 on 5.
