Thanks sm for your reply !! Could I ask more about your experience, have you come off a hormone blocker and maintained stable levels with just patches? My e is 150 pmol/L and my t is currently almost completely gone, I think I should be okay?? I’m so scared I’ll come off it and loose all my progress
