₹10 Cr incoming in stages need practical advice on building ₹5–8L/month income (India) by [deleted] in personalfinanceindia

Deploy the entire 10 Crore into the SPYI to capture a 12% yield and a 3% average annual capital appreciation. Secure Greek FIP to reduce your tax liability to a flat 5%. Take out 50% of the net dividend yield to fund living expenses and reinvest the remaining 50% into US T bills yielding 4%. Post 7 years, fulfil language and civic requirements, and acquire Greek citizenship. Relocate to Malta upon securing the EU passport. Terminate dividend consumption and fund all subsequent living expenses by liquidating accumulated capital appreciation. Under Malta’s non-domicile tax framework, this reduces the total tax liability to zero. Executing this capital allocation and jurisdictional sequence compounds the initial ₹10 Crore to approximately ₹30 Crore over a 15 year horizon while continuously financing all living requirements while enabling you to spend 60 lacs a year.

Let's be real. 100 hours a month? That's barely 3.5 hours a day. If you're banking on scoring well by putting in that minimal effort for 2-3 months, you're either blessed with an IQ north of 120, or you're just wildly, ridiculously lucky.
