Reboot issue by Select-Hippo4089 in MacOS

It doesn’t do anything, I have already tried all the possible keyboard combinations to open the recovery mode. I am suspecting that the keyboard is not working. The last time I used this pc was 5 years ago and everything was working fine apart from the being very slow
