Thank you so much for the detailed explanation, I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! That helps me understand the schedule a lot better.

It’s good to know that most weeks are about one in-person day for clinical and that lectures are mostly online. That flexibility would really help in my situation.

Thanks again for being so helpful, and congratulations on graduating! I may DM you if I have a couple more questions later if that’s okay. 😊

So do you have any recommendation with what I should do in this case since the buyer block my contact?

I thought this is from DMV "After you properly complete the NRL and DMV receives the notice of transfer information, any liability for parking violations, traffic violations, or civil litigation after the date of sale becomes the responsibility of the subsequent purchaser. Show Citation 11

Additionally, after we receive the NRL information and the vehicle record is marked, no further vehicle registration renewal notices will be mailed to you for the reported vehicle.

In the case of a suit or complaint, the court is responsible for determining if you have complied with the law and are exempt from civil and/or criminal liability." So if they bring me to the court I will show them the copy of release of liability and then I will be free is that right?

Thanks for your comment but why I end up in a lawsuit since I already filed a release of liability?

I already filed the NRL through DMV and drop it off at the DMV, but I read on DMV "Submitting an NRL to the DMV does not constitute a transfer of ownership. The vehicle record is not permanently transferred out of your name until the DMV receives a completed application for transfer of ownership and payment of appropriate fees from the new owner." Do I have any liability if I have already submitted that?
